We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for our clients, where they can enjoy the best beauty treatments without any worries.
  • Cell Phone Usage
    Please help us maintain a tranquil environment by turning off your cell phone.
  • Hydration
    During this time of limited beverage service, please bring your personal water bottle for hydration.
  • Arrival Time
    We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your services.
  • Health Concerns
    To enjoy a safe and nurturing spa experience, please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your service. Upon your booking an appointment and upon arrival, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire which asks you a few questions relative to COVID-19 protocols. Please read our Spa Health Safety for more detailed information.
  • Gratuities
    Gratuities are not included in the service prices but can be added at the time of payment.
  • Treatment Attire
    We will ask that you change in your treatment room. Professional draping techniques for your comfort and privacy will be used at all times.
  • Late Arrivals
    In consideration of our next guest, should you arrive late, we will need to complete your service at the originally scheduled time.
  • Guest Cancellation
    We require a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. There is a 24 -hour cancellation policy on all appointments.
  • Skin Tones Spa Cancellation
    Skin Tones Beauty is abiding by ON’s latest COVID-19 health protocols and as such, we may have to re-book you should another guest or staff member experience symptoms. Any cancellation will be with your safety in mind.
